Hotel Information
Enjoy the beautiful riverside setting and modern comfort of the Delta Fredericton, where the 2025 Training Trust Fund Conference will be held. Once you register for the event, you’ll need to contact the Delta to reserve your room. Please note: Members living within 1 hour from Fredericton are requested to not book a hotel room, as per our travel policy.

Cut-Off Date: In order to assign specific room types to Group’s attendees, each sleeping room in the Room Block must be confirmed in the manner described above no later than August 26th, 2024.
Rooms that are booked without the group rate may not be reimbursed. If booking after August 26th, there may not be rooms available at the hotel. If you do happen to book after August 26th, or the block becomes full, please contact Hillary Ouellette or Hailey Celesse McCarthy at (506) 455-0037 or ttf@ibew37.com to see about making alternative arrangements.
Hotel rooms & registration cancellation:
If for any reason a member has to cancel his/her/their conference registration and hotel reservation, it is the responsibility of the member to cancel their hotel room. Accommodations will not be reimbursed for uncanceled rooms. If a member cancels registration for the conference, please contact Hillary Ouellette or Hailey Celesse McCarthy at (506) 455-0037 or ttf@ibew37.com as soon as possible.
