Get ready to ignite your curiosity and creativity at our “Learn, Grow, Thrive” event. Join us September 14th to 15th at the Hilton Saint John for an immersive experience designed to spark personal growth and self-discovery. With engaging workshops, inspiring keynotes, and plenty of networking opportunities, we’re creating a vibrant space where you can embrace lifelong learning and pursue your passions with gusto! Registration opens May 15th and runs until August 14th.

Where you’ll stay!

Experience stunning views of the Harbour and the Port of Saint John from the Hilton Saint John. The event will be hosted at the Saint John Convention Centre on September 14th and 15th. Please note: you will need to register your room for the event. Your registration includes accommodation from Friday, September 13th until the 15th, eliminating the need for travel back and forth to the venue. Indulge in catered breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, allowing you to unwind and fully immerse yourself in the conference experience. 

Bring the Family!

Bring the whole family along to the conference and enjoy a worry-free experience. While you attend workshops and keynotes, your kids can embark on exciting adventures under the supervision of licensed professionals at Go-Go Kids. They’ll rejoin you for meals, giving you a chance to check in with them and share in the experience. Additionally, you’re welcome to bring a family member or partner outside of the union for a small fee, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun and learning!

Choose between a set of hands-on workshops covering topics such as sewing, photography, DIY cabin-building, horticulture, and gardening. Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned pro, there’s something for everyone to learn and enjoy.

Get ready to kick up your heels and sing your heart out at our upcoming event! We’re bringing back the nostalgic charm of an old-fashioned kitchen party, complete with toe-tapping tunes and sing-along favorites that’ll have everyone joining in the fun. Create unforgettable memories and fostering connections with fellow members from across the local. So, grab your friends, bring your best singing voice, and get ready to experience an evening of laughter, camaraderie, and good old-fashioned fun!

What are the perks?

Join us for a chance to win fantastic prizes sponsored by the IBEW37 Health, Wellness, and Benefit Committee! Register by June 15th to receive two additional ballots for our prize draws. At the conference, each member will receive five ballots to enter into the draw for door prizes related to health and wellness. Be sure to submit your ballots by 4:00 pm to qualify for the draw! Prize winners will be announced during the Saturday evening banquet.

Who should attend?

YOU! Any IBEW 37 Member that is looking for a fun-filled and rewarding weekend. All members are also encouraged to bring a guest (whether that’s a partner, friend, or family member) for a small fee ($75.00) that covers meals and entertainment.

Nervous about attending a new event?

No problem! We understand that attending events that you’re unfamiliar with can be intimidating. We encourage you to bring along a co-worker, family member, or friend if you need some support getting out of your comfort zone. We promise it’s worth it!
